Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2.5 glasseswater
  2. 120 gramsjaggery powder
  3. Juice of 1/2 a large lemon
  4. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonfine green cardamom powder
  6. 1very small pinch of edible camphor
  7. 3-4basil/holy tulsi leaves
  8. 1 pinchsalt(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring the water to a boil a pot

  2. 2

    Reduce heat then, and add all the ingredients one by one

  3. 3

    Mix and let the water simmer on low heat till all the ingredients dissolve well

  4. 4

    Take off heat once done and allow to cool completely

  5. 5

    Refrigerate atleast for an hour before serving
