Wash the jamuns. Heat a pan. Add jamuns, sugar and water.

Give a boil. Let it simmer for 18-20 minutes

Bring it to the room temperature. Let it cool in refrigerator for around 1.5 hours.

Sieve the liquid by mashing the pulp properly with the back of the ladle.

Discard the seeds.

Add lemon juice, salt and roasted cumin seeds powder to it.

Serve chilled.
