Ingredients

4eggs
1 cupsugar
1 1/4 cupflour
2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla essence
1/2 cupmilk

Steps

Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy

Add oil and vanilla essence and beat well

Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and add to mixture
4

Lastly add milk. Make sure not to overheat

Bake in 2 sandwich cake tins on 180 deg for +- 20mins.

Decorate as desired. I used a swiss merinque buttercream topped with berries and greenery... #cookpad #teamvanilla #bakeoff

I used 1 cup oil n it turned out great
