Rinse your beef boil with seasoning and salt with onions

When it done add your blended sumbo and attarodo I love it hot then add your stock meat leave to boil well then fry your meat one side give the stew another stir then add your seasoning cube and salt then add your meat give it another stir then leave for 2mins it done
