Here are the all ingredients:

Take a sauce pan and add half litre milk into it... and half cup reserve it to use for constarary. Cook for 25 to 30 mins on low flame to make it thicker. Then add sugar and khoya(mava) into it.

Now add pistachios and saffron. Mix well.

Take the milk that was left and add Constarch into it and mix well until fully dissolved in reserved milk Then pour into the ready milk. Stir well. Simmer for 4 to 5 mins. Then switch off the gas and at last add green cardamom powder.

Let it cool for 20 mins. Then pour into the matkas and cover the mouth and freez it for 1 to 2 hours then served
