Ingredients

  • 12 PiecesFrozen rice kibbeh
  • 11/2 tubyogurt
  • 1egg
  • 1 TSPsalt
  • 1 tablespooncorn starch
  • 1 tablespoondry mint

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix yogurt well with egg salt corn starch while still cold boil gentle stirring constantly until it is Rich creamy resembling gravy

  2. 2

    Drop frozen kibbeh ball in cover and cook over medium heat for over 30 minutes

  3. 3

    For extra kick sprinkle crushed dried mint on top
