Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupboiled quinoa
  2. 1/4 cupboiled rajma
  3. 1/4 cupchopped cucumber
  4. 1/4 cupchopped carrots
  5. 1/4 cupcorn kernels
  6. 1/4 cuppaneer or tofu cubes
  7. 2mint sprigs
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tasteBlack pepper for seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil quinoa in an open pan in two cups of water

  2. 2

    Take all other ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add cooked quinoa and the seasoning to it

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Squeeze lemon juice and enjoy healthy salad
