Ingredients

  • 5 packetbaby marrows
  • 6red peppers
  • 6green peppers
  • 6yellow peppers
  • 6medium onions
  • 75 goriginal Aromat
  • Teaspoonpink salt
  • 780 gMiami hot mango atchar
  • 3 x 250g Nandos peri peri sauce hot or mild depend how hot you want it
  • Olive oil as you need it
  • Barbecue spice
  • Paprika spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your onions thick chips and fry them until soft with paprika and barbecue spice and cool it

    Wash your peppers and dry them with clean cloth for it not to have water when you fry. Fry it until soft with barbecue and paprika spice and cool it

    Wash your baby marrows and fry it with a little bit salt, barbecue and paprika spice until soft and cool it

    When all is cool mix them and sprinkly aromas for taste add art char but drain it’s oil before adding it.

    Add three bottles of Nandos peri peri sauce to dress it

  6. 6

    You can eat it with braai meat or any dishes and enjoy
