8Bread slices
2Egg
1Onion
1Tomato
as neededcoriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1 tspPepper powder
2 spoonmilk
2 spoonOil
1 spoonGaram masala

Steps

Toast the bread

All add the ingredients except oil and mix well.

Keep a pan pour oil and add beaten egg and cook both side..switch off the stove

Take the bread slice and cut the omelette four pieces and place one piece in the bread and cover with bread.

Cut into triangle and serve hot
