  1. 1chicken breast
  2. 1grated zucchini
  3. Grated cheese to taste
  4. Seasoned parchment paper with paprika

    Cut the chicken breast into 4 slices and flatten them slightly if needed.

    Place 1 slice of chicken on a piece of parchment paper, add the zucchini and cheese, then cover with another slice of chicken. Wrap with the parchment paper and secure it slightly.

    Place them in a skillet over medium heat, cover, and cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 or 6 minutes, covered (I prepare them in an electric skillet at 130°C).

    Remove and serve. The flavor is delightful.

    You can use Maggi parchment paper or prepare your own with your preferred seasoning (see recipe for juicy skillet chicken breast).
