Ingredients

  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • As per tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the ginger garlic paste along with chopped onions in refined oil till it turns brown.

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes, put chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder and a pinch of garam masala

  3. 3

    Let it become a paste, and then add water to make it a curry.

  4. 4

    Stir the curry well and add boiled eggs
