Ingredients

  • 4 small brinjal chopped
  • 2potatoes finely chopped
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • as neededOil
  • As RequiredAll regular spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it add onion cook it for 2 mins, now add tomato cook again for one min now add all spices mix it well.

  2. 2

    Now add potatoes, chopped brinjal.

  3. 3

    Cook again till veggies turn soft.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve.
