Ingredients

  1. 2-3mangoes, sliced
  2. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  3. 15-16tea biscuits round or square
  4. 2 cupsor 480 ml heavy whipping cream
  5. Crushed biscuits for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut mangoes into thin slices

  2. 2

    Whip cream with condensed milk until just thick

  3. 3

    Take 8 by 8 square pan and add first layer of biscuits.

    Then add layer of cream

    Add layer of mangoes

  6. 6

    Repeat with cream, biscuit and final layer of cream again, so 3 layers of cream.

  7. 7

    Finally add mangoes again and sprinkle with crushed tea biscuits

    Chill overnight in freezer or for 8 hours
