Ingredients

  • 2 lbspotatoes
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 cupmilk or cream
  • 4 tbspunsalted butter
  • 1/4 tspgrated nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel. Cut. Boil potatoes with 1 tsp salt.

  2. 2

    Add butter and mix well.. On low speed of mixer.

  3. 3

    Add milk, pepper, nutmeg and salt to taste.
