  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil + oil for deep frying
  • as neededWater

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add maida, salt, oil, and water to make a tight dough. Rest the dough for 20 minutes. Make a roti.

    Make holes with folk. Deep fry it. Till colour changes to light brown. Store it and eat anytime. Or you can eat at same time.
