Steps

At first marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minute.

In a pan add oil and fry the prawns each side and keep it aside.

Take a another pan,add ghee,dry red chilli,bay leaf,cinnamon,cardamom,clove and saute.Then add Onion paste and cook until it changes it's colour.

Add sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coconut milk and ginger paste and cook for some time.(4 minutes)

Add fried prawns into this gravy and cook for 5 minutes.Then add some garam masala.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
