In a pan, add water, yogurt, crushed red chillies, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, oil, mix garam masala, whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, Chinese salt, star anise and mix.

In separate pan, add boiled meat and let it cook for 10minutes.Add potatoes and fry.
When half are tender, add yogurt, yellow food color and spread.Add fried onion, tomato slices, plums, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala, curry leaves, finely chopped ginger and boiled rice. - 3
Now in rice pour oil and let it simmer for half an hour, removes from the stove.
