Ingredients

  1. 1 kgRice Boil
  2. 1 kgChiken
  3. 1 cupYogurt
  4. 4Tomatoes
  5. 1 tspWhole spices
  6. 1 cupOil
  7. Fried onion
  8. Cumin seeds half tsp
  9. 1 tspRed chili powder
  10. 1 tspChat masla
  11. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  12. 1Star anise
  13. 2 tspSalt
  14. 1 tspChiness salt
  15. leavesMint
  16. LeavesCoriander
  17. Yellow food color

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, add water, yogurt, crushed red chillies, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, oil, mix garam masala, whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, Chinese salt, star anise and mix.

    In separate pan, add boiled meat and let it cook for 10minutes.Add potatoes and fry.
    When half are tender, add yogurt, yellow food color and spread.Add fried onion, tomato slices, plums, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chaat masala, curry leaves, finely chopped ginger and boiled rice.

    Now in rice pour oil and let it simmer for half an hour, removes from the stove.
