  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Stuffing:
  • 500 gcottage cheese
  • 1egg
  • 3 tbspsour cream
  • Chopped scallions
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt Pepper

    Let the crepes cool down. Meanwhile chop and mix all stuffing ingredients.
