Ingredients

  • 150 gGinger
  • 150 ggarlic
  • Oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  • Turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash your ginger and garlic

  2. 2

    Blend them without adding water or oil to semi fine paste

  3. 3

    Add oil, salt and turmeric until you get a smooth paste. You can add more oil if you want. Store in the fridge
