Ingredients

  • 1large bag of baby carrots
  • Tumeric
  • California seasoning
  • Provence seasoning
  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the baby carrots in two lenghth wise

  2. 2

    Put in largw bowl. Add all seasonings amd olive oil. Hand toss mixture.

  3. 3

    Coat the small/medium grill pan. Put in mixture. Cover with foil grill for 45 minutes.
