Steps

Wash and cut beans. Peel wash and cut potato and onion...

Heat oil in a cooker (u can cook it in kadahi also)...add cumin seeds, asafetida,onion

Now add turmeric, chilli powder mix add potato and bean and salt to taste and mix well..

Cover the cooker...and leave on medium flame.... After a whistle switch the gas offf...

Now add garam, sabji masala....vegetable is ready...

Enjoy with roti/paratha curd
