Steps

First wash and boiled the dal.

Chopped onion,green chilli,garlic,ginger,tomato and green coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and dry red chilli and roast it.

Now add chopped onion and ginger and saute it.
- 5
Add chopped ginger,green chilli,chopped tomatoes and spices and saute till leave the oil.

After saute add boiled dal and little water in it and cook on low flame for 10 minute.

After 10 minute add garam masala and mix well.add chopped green coriander and serve with tawa roti.
