Pineapple became my favourite fruit during my pregnancy and I had to find a better way to have them.
Steps

Have all other ingredients ready. peel a clean pineapple remove its inner core and slice them circular pieces.

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, wheat flour, sugar,salt and cinnamon(optional)

Add the milk and whisked eggs to the flour mixture.

Mix together and make a smooth batter like this.

Coat the pineapple with the batter. Tip, (dry the pineapple with a clean cloth to absorb juices so that the batter coats effectively)

Deep fry and make sure they don't overlap.

Let brown one side then turn the other side.
