Raw mango candy and Aamrakhand filled Chocolates

Raw mango candy and Aamrakhand filled Chocolates
Steps
- 1
For making Aamrakhand, place a white cloth in a bowl. Add the 1 bowl plain yoghurt, tie the cloth tightly and let it remain tied for about 4 hours till the water drains off completely.
- 2
Once the water drains off completely add the hung curd to a mixer along with 1 cup mango puree & 1/2 cup sugar. Blend well. Once Aamrakhand is ready fill it in a piping bag.
- 3
Place 2 cups white chocolate compound in a microwave for about 2 minutes and allow it to melt.
- 4
Take a mould of your choice for making the chocolates. In the mould add some melted white chocolate to fill 1/4th of the mold. Roll it so as to let the white chocolate coat all the sides of the mould. Keep the mould in the refrigerator till chocolate sets.
- 5
Then add Aamrakhand with the piping bag so that it covers half of the remaining portion of the mold. Then add crushed raw mango candies.
- 6
Then fill the remaining part of the mould with white chocolate. Tap the mould so that the chocolates spreads evenly.
- 7
Keep the mould in the refrigerator and let the chocolate set completely. Remove from the mould and store in air-tight container.
