Add chana to a cooker add water and salt and close the lid and leave it for 4-5 whistles and switch it off.

Once chana gets cooked nicely transfer to a bowl and add onion carrot Cucumber and coriander leaves.

Sprinkle pepper powder and add lemon juice mix well and serve.
