Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgqeema
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1big chopped tomato
  • 2Potatoes
  • 6-8Green chilies
  • 1/2 cupPeas
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspKasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add chopped onion fry well when it's changes colour add tomato and mince.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste fry well, now add spices and ache so bhun len. Jab bhun gae to Hari Mirch, kasuri methi dal den.

  3. 3

    Low flame per pakaen take ache se gal has.
