Homemade Coleslaw

A recipe I developed over the years, as shop- brought stuff always has something I don’t like in it!!
Awesome for BBQ or just to accompany a meal.
I usually have mine with Cheese and Tomatoes. #Quick, #Easy, #Tasty, #Budget, #Familyfriendly

Steps
- 1
Wash, then cut the cabbage into quarters. Remove center stalk. Slice and dice into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.
- 2
Peel Carrots, slice lengthways, then dice into small pieces. Add to bowl
- 3
Peel, slice and dice Onions. Add to bowl.
- 4
Cut the Sweet Peppers into small pieces, add to bowl.
- 5
Add Peas and Sweetcorn. Add a good dollop of Mayonnaise and mix well.
- 6
Add a sprinkle of Black Pepper, mix again, adding enough Mayonnaise until everything is coated but not swamped.
- 7
Enjoy! Use within a week, or the Mayonnaise will go runny. Awesome for BBQ’s!!
