Ingredients

  1. 1 packmushrooms
  2. 1white onion
  3. Oil
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. 1spring onion
  6. 1/2green capsicum
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tastePepper
  10. Pinchsugar
  11. Squirt of tomato ketchup
  12. 1green chilli
  13. 1/2 teaspoongrated ginger
  14. 1/2 teaspoongrated garlic
  15. 1/2fresh lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil some oil and add cumin seeds let them pop. Then add onion and salt then add chilli garlic and ginger.

    Then add the capsicum spring onions and soy sauce and then add mushrooms followed by the sugar and ketchup. Mix it well then add the lime juice and enjoy...
