Overnight strawberries smoothie parafit in almond milk

First soak saffola oats in almond milk and keep overnight in refrigerator. Now add curd,honey blend in mixer grinder and add chia seeds to get a thick consistency smoothie

Now take a jar.add the smoothie mix at the base.top it with fresh strawberries compote along with flax seeds and pumpkin seeds

Top it up with another layer of smoothie

Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve chilled
