  • 1 packetstrawberries
  • 1 cupalmond milk
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspchia seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbspstrawberries compote

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak saffola oats in almond milk and keep overnight in refrigerator. Now add curd,honey blend in mixer grinder and add chia seeds to get a thick consistency smoothie

    Now take a jar.add the smoothie mix at the base.top it with fresh strawberries compote along with flax seeds and pumpkin seeds

    Top it up with another layer of smoothie
