Take a pan & boil the milk properly & let it cook on stove for about 15 to 20 mins on slow flame

Pour the milk in a pot, & let it luke warm, & then slowly add a tablespoon of dahi in it, give it a slightly mix & cover it for good 8 to 9 hours & enjoy your homemade dahi in ur iftar recipes.
