3 1/2 cupsmilk
1 cupbroken vermicelli
1 tablespoonfinely sliced almonds
1 tablespoonfinely sliced pistachio
1 teaspoonvanilla essence
Dashnutmeg
2 tablespoonssugar

Steps

Heat a pan add broken vermicelli almonds & pistachios Roast on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add milk,sugar and vanilla Essence. Let it boil for 25-30 minutes.

Once slightly cool add 5-6 scoops vanilla ice cream.

This can be served chilled or warm.

Add more nuts for garnish.
