Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your noodles for 5mins and drain...

  2. 2

    Heat your non-stick pan and add little oil then fry the noodles on low heat..Best served as breakfast..... Enjoy

  3. 3

    Grind your scotch bonnet and garlic then put into a bowl.

  4. 4

    Add your seasoning,egg and noodles then mix.
