In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients

Add in the margarine and rub in till the flour mixture is crumbly

Add in milk bit by bit as you knead till a soft dough is formed

Add in the raisins

Place the dough on a working surface and knead thoroughly

Place the dough in a bowl. Cover and let it proof in a warm place for 1 hr. It will be double in size

Punch the dough and make balls

Take each ball and roll but it should be thick

Make slits on the rolled dough all round

Twist the dough at the cut slit to form flower like petals

Make holes on the petals and insert in pieces of cut sausages

Place the flower on the greased baking tray

Repeat the flower making process till you complete the dough

Place the tray in a warm place and let them proof again for 30 mins.

Apply egg wash. Then sprinkle on them sesame seeds

Bake at 160°C for 40 mins. Serve hot and enjoy
