First in a big bowl mix suji,curd,salt and enough water to make semi thick batter,keep aside for half hour

Now in a pan add oil,crack mustard and pour on suji mix

Now mix baking powder and eno in suji and mix well,do not over mix
- 4
Now pour batter in idli moulds and steam in a steamer till they steam perfect,check by a toothpik or knife,if they come out clean it is done,otherwise staeam for a minute next.serve with sambhar.
