Heat a dosa pan. Lightly brush it with butter and lightly fry the chicken smoked ham on both sides and set aside.

Apply butter on all four sides of two slices and lightly toast on both sides and set aside.

Apply mayonnaise on one inner slice and green chilli sauce on the other inner slice.

Place the fried chicken smoked ham on the mayonnaise and place the green chilli sauce slice over it and cut and serve with green chilli sauce.
