Fatteh Hummus
A very delicious and quick dish to prepare.
Steps

Fry the pita bread and crush it in a bowl as shown.

In another bowl, add the yogurt, mashed garlic, salt, and cumin. Whisk them together.

Heat the chickpeas until they boil. Pour only the chickpea cooking water over the bread. In a cup, mix 1 tablespoon hummus with tahini with the chickpea water, whisk well, and pour over the bread.

Add the yogurt mixture over the chickpeas. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter and lightly fry the mixed nuts, then add them on top of the yogurt. Enjoy!
