Ingredients

  1. 6matokes(kiganda)
  2. 3medium sizes popatoes
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onions
  5. Ginger and garlic
  6. Heavy coconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel matoke and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Fry onions until brown,add a little water,add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook until soft.add matoke na potatoes.add spices and salt.let it cook.when almost ready add heavy coconut milk.add parsley or dhania.enjoy.
