Crispy Tacos with Double Salsa

Delicious tacos covered in salsa and served with guacamole. You can serve them as a main dish or for a snack night. With 1.1 lbs (500 grams) of beef, I made 21 well-filled tacos, which was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it depends on your family's appetite and whether you're serving only tacos or other dishes as well.
Steps
- 1
Cook the beef with 1 clove of garlic and half of the quarter onion. Add enough salt for flavor. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Boil the tomatoes and 10 to 12 chili peppers. Once they change color, blend them with the rest of the onion, the remaining garlic, and a little salt. Set aside.
- 3
Shred the beef and fill the tortillas to make crispy tacos.
- 4
Sauté onion in a pan, then fry the salsa in the same pan. Add 1 cup of beef broth and let it simmer on low heat while you fry the tacos.
- 5
Make a tasty guacamole or avocado salsa to your liking. This time, I blended 3 chili peppers with 2 avocados and salt, and added a little broth for the right consistency.
- 6
To serve: Arrange the tacos on a large plate, pour the green salsa over them, and top with guacamole as desired.
- 7
NOTE: For more or less heat, adjust the number of chili peppers. You can also serve your tacos with sour cream or cheese if you like, or just with the salsas. Hope you enjoy these delicious tacos!
