  • 4 slicesbread
  • 2hotdogs/viennas
  • Grated cheese of choice
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder

    Preheat the oven at 220°c.Place the bread slices on an oven tray. Press  the center of the bread down with the back of a spoon.Butter the sides of the bread.Add few slices of the hotdog on the sides of the hole.Crack an egg in the center of each slice and sprinkle salt and pepper powder.

    Add the grated cheese on the sides of the slices and place in the oven.Bake for 15/20mins or till golden brown.
