Ingredients

  • 1 kgBeef mince
  • 4Tomatoes
  • 3Onions
  • Corriender as required
  • Mint as required
  • 1 bowlPeas
  • pieceGinger small
  • 4-5Green chilli
  • 1/2 tbspBhuna masala
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2 tspKarhai masala
  • Salt as required
  • 1 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan pour oil then add chopped thin slices of onions fry them until golden brown then add g.g paste and green chilli paste..

  2. 2

    Broil it well them add mince and further broil

  3. 3

    Then add tomatoes and cover until they tenderize

  4. 4

    Then add red chilli flakes, bhuna masala, national karhai masala, salt as required and then cook for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    Then when mince tenderize add garam masala, chopped corriender and mint and chopped green chillies then shut the flame

  6. 6

    Then gave coal smoke and cover for few minutes then serve with corriender topping...
