  5. Corriander

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs in salty water for easy removal of the shell

  2. 2

    Unshell the eggs and cut them into pieces

  3. 3

    Cut the onions and fry them till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes, capsicum,salt.cook until soft

  5. 5

    Add the eggs and boil for 3mins.serve hot
