Ingredients

1small ginger (cut into slices)
some diced okra (optional)
1whole yellow onion sliced
2whole fish cut into steaks
2-3sliced whole tomatoes
3-4whole bokchoy peeled
1large Asian radish sliced thick
1sinigang mix (packet) add small amount to taste
3-4whole green chill pepper
1 tspfish sauce
1 tspwhole black pepper

Fill the pot with 1/3 water

Add ginger, onion, and whole black pepper and bring to boil
3

Add fish, radish, okra, and sinigang mix while pot is boiling
4

While boiling add whole green chill pepper, tomatoes, and bokchoy last
5

Simmer and cook - add fish sauce to taste
