Steps

Wash the potatoes nicely. Steam the potatoes in a rice cooker or steamer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Allow it to cool. Peel the skin and cut them into small cubes.

In a mixing bowl, add the cubed potatoes, paprika powder and pink salt. Mix thoroughly so that all the potatoes get coated with the chilli powder.

Add lemon juice and mix nicely. Serve it. Taste nice even when it is chilled.
