250 gmraw mango/ kachchi aami
1/4 tspcumin seeds/ jeera
1 tspFennel seeds
250 gmjaggery / gud
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspRed chilli powder / Black Pepper
1/2 tspblack salt
to tasteSalt according
1 tspmustard oil

Wash mango.clean and peel.cut pieces.

Heat oil. Put cumin seeds.crackle. then add mango piece and dry masala..mix well.add add water to cover mango pieces..

Make sauf powder.put sauf and jaggery mix well. Cook mango..ready sweet and sour mango lonji.
