Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlCooked Basmati Rice
  2. 1 tbspOil
  3. 3Spring Onions (finely chopped)
  4. 1/4Onion (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2Carrot (finely chopped)
  6. 1Medium sized Capsicum (finely chopped)
  7. 5-6French Beans(finely chopped)
  8. 3Garlic Cloves(finely chopped)
  9. 1/2 inchGinger (finely chopped)
  10. 3 tspSoya Sauce
  11. 3 tspVinegar
  12. 1 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  13. as per taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok, heat oil. Add black pepper powder and ginger garlic to the oil and saute.

  2. 2

    Add spring onions and onions and saute for a minute. Then add capsicum and saute for a minute.

  3. 3

    Then add finely chopped veggies. Keep stirring continuously and toss the veggies to cook well. Add some salt while cooking veggies.

  4. 4

    Then add soya sauce and vinegar. Mix all well. Then add almost cooked rice. Add pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Mix all well and cook for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with Gobhi Manchurian or Paneer Chilli Gravy or Mushroom Manchurian.

    Here served with Gobhi Manchurian!
