  1. Tamarind
  2. Water
  3. Sugar
  4. Ginger
  5. Cloves
  6. Flavour

    Wash the tamarind, place in a pot and add water, then add ginger and cloves

    Boil it for a few minutes and allow to cool

    Sieve and then add sugar and flavour
