Place a cooker on the stove and add ghee and oil add curry leaves,bay leaf, green chilli

Add saunf,onion and saute well.now add tomato red chilli powder and saute till tomato mash nicely

Add garam masal, add mint and coriander leaves

Add 4 cups or 3 and 3/4 cup of water and add rice,close the lid.

After one whistle switch off the stove.Tomato rice is ready
