Ingredients

  1. 100 gmspaneer mashed
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. to tastesalt and red chilli
  5. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok

  2. 2

    Add oil,crack cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Saute onion,tomato along with spices

  4. 4

    Add mashed paneer and mix it,cover the lid for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Sprinkle water, few drops and switch off the flame

  6. 6

    Serve with paratha.
