Shrimp and Chicken Kielbasa
I am all about cooking and using one pot. 😀Less dishes are easy to clean up. I cooked on the grill and wanted to do something with the leftovers. I love to recipes i can have all-in-1.

Place the butter in a nice size skillet ln medium heat to melt when melted add 2 boxes of rice. You can use rice of any flavor. This to me is the best since you have to add ingredients to taste.

Stir the rice evenly in the pan until golden brown with the green peppers and onions

I cooked on the grill the seasoned chicken and sausage. I let cool and come to room temperature before slicing into bite size pieces. The shrimp were thawed in cold water and drained.

Follow the instructions for the amount of water to add to rice. With the skillet on medium-high heat add the water, stir and let come to boil with top on.

When rice starts boiling turn down to medium low adding sausages and chicken. Stir and put the top back on. Let simmer about 5 minutes.

Continue checking the rice while cooks on a low simmer. Check rice for tenderness of your choice.

When rice becomes tender and has absorbed the water add in seasonings of your choice. I added old bay and chicken seasoning then threw in the cooked shrimp.

Stir everything together, turn off heat and place on top.

After 5 minutes of no heat remove top.
