Ingredients

2 packetspetit-beurre biscuits
1 cupicing sugar
as much cocoa powder as you like depending how dark you want it to be
1 tspvanilla
1little rum or brandy
250 gmargarine
1egg yolk (if you like)
vanilla ice cream

Steps

Cream the margarine with the icing sugar until creamy and fluffy.

Break the biscuits into small pieces.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the ice cream) to the creamy margarine.

Mix well and then add the biscuits. Mix some more using your hands.

Spread out the mixture on greaseproof paper.

Place balls of the ice cream in the middle of the mixture and then wrap it into a roll.

Place it in the freezer.

The next step is to cut and serve it.
